محسن سعیدی کیا با نام هنری مهراد جم متولد ۱۴ مرداد سال ۱۳۷۶ در شهر آبادان است. در حال حاضر مهراد جم ساکن تهران می باشد. اولین فعالیت هنری به صورت جدی مهراد جم ترانه‌ سرایی و آهنگ جدید مهراد جم سازی قطعه میثم ابراهیمی به نام «جان جان» در بهمن سال ۹۷ است. سپس مهراد جم در 9 اردیبهشت 1398 وقتی 22 ساله بود اولین قطعه خود بنام شمال را منتشر کرد و قطعه بعدی مهراد جم هم به نام «غمت نباشه»، در تاریخ ۳۰ اردیبهشت منتشر شد، یعنی ۲۱ روز بعد از انتشار نخستین تک آهنگش. به این ترتیب او در فاصله زمانی کمتر از یک ماه و با داشتن فقط دو آهنگ توانست در شبکه های اجتماعی معروف شود.
